Every Thursday @ 18h15-19h30 join Marc Brandl at the BE-HERE for an exploration of Yin yoga.

Yin targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, and joints. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.

Marc is a certified Yoga instructor who began teaching classes in Costa Rica. Marc leads gentle yoga sessions at our Urban and Mountain Detox retreats.

First class is 5€ / 145€ for each additional class / Passes available.
